How to use the M2 blood pressure monitor

Sit on a comfortable chair with a straight back.
Place the cuff on your non-dominant arm, with the center of the cuff about 1 inch above the elbow joint.
Wrap the cuff around your arm tightly, but not too tightly.
Press the power button to start the measurement.
As soon as the measurement is completed, the device will display the results on the screen.

Tips for measuring blood pressure correctly

Follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully.
Take your measurements at the same time of the day, twice a day.
Relax for 5 minutes before measuring.
Do not drink caffeine or alcohol before the measurement.
