Instructions for use Elastic elastic mesh bandage:

1. Cut the mesh bandage twice as long, allowing an extra 2cm to 3cm
2. Pull out the mesh bandage to cover the desired area, most often half the length will be used
3. Pull the remaining half of the mesh bandage to be on top of the first layer you will get two layers of mesh bandage covering the desired area
