Sales agreement

This agreement constitutes the legal contract between “The Saudi Medical Store” (referred to as “the Store,” “we,” or “us”) and the customer (referred to as “the Customer” or “you”). 5. Shipping & delivery

• We ship products to addresses within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and specified regions. Shipping costs and delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.
• We commit to making reasonable efforts to deliver products on time; however, we are not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Return & exchange

• You may return or exchange products in accordance with our Return Policy, provided that the products are in their original, unused condition.
